Jazz pianist Ethan Iverson, “a master of melody" (Downbeat), returns with a unique program featuring music by James P. Johnson and John Coltrane. It's uncommon for a modern jazz pianist to play music by Johnson, composer of the Jazz Age Anthem "The Charleston" and stride piano classics like "Carolina Shout," and for a solo pianist to tackle iconic themes from Coltrane, known for his fierce style and interactive rhythm section. Iverson has "traversed the boundaries of jazz tradition while leaving an indelible mark on its evolution." (Hot House).

Drawing from the Great American Songbook and jazz standards, Goldberg brings his distinctive voice, lyrical touch, and boundless creativity to familiar melodies, reinventing them in the moment. Following acclaimed solo appearances including the Rochester International Jazz Festival and the Miami International Piano Festival, Goldberg invites audiences into an afternoon of discovery, virtuosity, and inspired improvisation.

Grammy-winning baritone, and former lead vocalist with the legendary Count Basie Orchestra, Jamie Davis will be performing music from his highly anticipated new album "Steppin' Out," as well as many of your favorites.

Clockwork is an award-winning San Francisco based vocal quartet with a signature sound and style. Rooted in the tradition of great vocal jazz groups such as the Hi-Lo's and Lambert, Hendricks and Ross, the Clockwork "sound" draws inspiration from all styles. Tawanda, winner of the Sarah Vaughan Jazz Vocal Competition – an honor bestowed on Samara Joy and Jazzmeia Horn – teams up with critically-acclaimed pianist Gabriel Schillinger-Hyman and his trio to present a wide-ranging program with music from Chick Corea and Chaka Khan to sweeping ballads by Billy Strayhorn, hard-driving burners by Betty Carter, and a handful of original compositions.
