Join us for a glass of wine and see a presentation on the latest from the Fazioli company in Sacile, Italy, followed by a solo performance by Austin Phillips, featuring works of Bach and Chopin.

The Fazioli Company has produced grand and concert-grand pianos since 1981, when the company was founded by pianist and engineer Paolo Fazioli. Each instrument is individually handcrafted combining high quality materials with the finest workmanship and technology.
The Fazioli factory is located in Sacile, 60 Km (35 miles) northeast of Venice in the northeastern part of Italy. The area is renowned for an ancient and prestigious tradition in woodworking.

Austin Phillips has been playing the piano since age 6, and is currently a student of Dr. Jed Galant. He was the recipient of the KDFC Classical Star Search “People’s Choice Award” in 2009, and was most recently a semi-finalist in the Zeiter Competition as well as a semi-finalist in the Ross McKee Piano Competition where he will be competing in February. His other interests include music composition, ballet and ice skating/dancing. He is currently in the college application process and plans to major in music and piano performance.
